MANAGED CARE CONTRACTS
The IPA negotiates and manages contracts with managed care
organizations and direct client/third party payors on behalf
of its members. The IPA also serves as a liaison with these
plans for its members on issues of reimbursement and claims
problems.
PHYSICIAN CREDENTIALING PROGRAM
The IPA provides credentialing for its member physicians and the allied health providers that they sponsor. Most of the IPA’s contracted Plans delegate credentialing to the IPA, thus saving physician offices extra paperwork. |
